PREVENTIVE HEALTH SCREENING AND MEDICALLY SUPERVISED FAT LOSS PROGRAM
Bridging the gap between clinical care and community health by facilitating behavior change and providing wellness coaching through partnership with medical communities who are setting a standard of making exercise and nutrition a part of their patient’s health care prescription. 
I work with individuals in addressing specific needs to improve their health and quality of life and be the problem solver to specific pain and issue.

I am a health care team member for chronic disease prevention for the Lower Extremity Amputation Prevention (LEAP Alliance) and the Preventive Health Care Clinic in the Summerlin Hospital Medical Center.

KATz BOOT CAMP
​One of the fastest and funnest to get in shape in a group. Your mind and body will be strengthened all while reaching your health goals.  Start your own group, indoor or outdoor at home or at a park.

Y members can join our training sessions at Heinrich YMCA.   Heinrich YMCA boot camp hours:  6am, 8am or 930am classes.    Please contact me for details or questions.

KATz BRIDAL BOOT CAMP 
Bridal Boot Camp is specific to Bride and the Groom or the whole bridal court.  Contact  me for your group pricing and comment to let us know what you need.
