These FAQs are general and are not specific to any of our Fitness Getaway. Please contact us if you don't find the answer to your questions below. Q. What is included in the package? A. Every fitness trip has a different fitness and activity package. Our fitness trips will mainly have boot camp and other fitness classes planned to theme. One thing is for sure, it will be loaded with fun. Q. What is not included in the package? A. Airfare or driving expenses, alcoholic beverages, parking, additional spa services and/or personal training are not included. Personal expenses and tips are also not included. Q. Do I have to be in shape to do your program? A. Our fitness trips are for people of all ages and fitness levels. Our workouts are challenging and always, always fun. You will only be asked to bring your personal best and nothing beyond your own fitness level and capabilities. Our workouts are modifiable and we are all here to support you so you will always feel a part of the team. Please remember to fill out any limitations or medical conditions on your registration. Q. What is a typical day like? A. Each day’s activities will vary to keep fitness fun and interesting. Among the activities you can expect during your stay are: boot camps, Zumba Fitness, hikes and other additional activities including free time and shopping. An Activity List will be provided; this will outline your trip’s activities. Q. I plan to travel alone. Will you pair solo travelers with roommates upon mutual request? A. If mutually requested, we are happy to pair participants of the same gender. Please advise us in advance of your desire and we will do our best to find an appropriate roommate Q. Do I need a PASSPORT? A. For Fitness Trips outside the country, Yes, as of June 1st, 2009 everyone is required to show a valid passport to enter back into the United States. |
